CANCELATIONS & RESCHEDULES

You can reschedule or cancel your project at anytime but there is a fee of $25 if you do it within 24 hours of the event, unless unexpected bad weather conditions arise at the time of the photoshoot.

MATERIAL RELEASE

Our weekdays turnaround time is 24 to 48 hours from the date of the event. Projects made on Friday and Saturday will be delivered on Monday. We have an exception fee of $50.

INVOICES & PAYMENTS

All visual content will be delivered after full payment is completed. If you need more flexibility, we can provide a Commitment Payment Agreement contract you can accept and sign. This will allow you to make your payments on a monthly basis. Also you will get immediate access to your visual content the second they become ready for download.

All visual content produced and delivered by Realty Frame, remain the sole and exclusive property of Realty Frame. You can use all visual content created by Realty Frame to sell or rent your listed properties. You have the limited right to share, reproduce and distribute all visual content created by Realty Frame through our license agreement. You may not assign or transfer this agreement without our authorization. Realty Frame owns the rights to re-sell and re-use all visual content created and delivered by Realty Frame.
