CANCELATIONS & RESCHEDULES

Clients may modify or cancel bookings at any time. However, a $25 fee applies to changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, unless disrupted by unexpected adverse weather conditions.

MATERIAL RELEASE

Expect a weekday turnaround time of 24 to 48 hours post-event. Media captured on Friday and Saturday will be finalized and delivered on Monday

INVOICES & PAYMENTS

Final media assets will be released only upon receipt of full payment. For greater financial flexibility, you may opt into our Commitment Payment Agreement. This arrangement permits structured monthly payments while granting instant access to download your visual content the moment it is finalized.

You can use and promote all visual content created by Realty Frame to sell, rent or showcase your listed properties. You have the limited right to share, reproduce and distribute all visual content created by Realty Frame through our license agreement. You may not assign or transfer this agreement without our authorization. Realty Frame owns the rights to re-sell and re-use all visual content created and delivered by Realty Frame.
