An average property listing of 2 to 3 bedrooms and up to 2,200 square feet will take approximately up to 1 hour On-Site. There are 3 reasons why a photoshoot event can take longer time than the specified for the session. One, the property is not ready for the photos leading to an overtime frame that will be used to clean and organize the place for the photoshoot. Second, you are demanding more photos than needed. And third, the property is too big.

Each service has a flat rate followed by a timeframe that varies based on the package. The property must be ready for the visuals or we can proceed "As Is" to avoid the overtime fee of $100 per hour. For your convenience, this is calculated by the minute. For instance, if the overtime is 15 minutes, the fee will be $15 accordantly. Another common reason for an extended time On-Site is dealing with an Over-Size property.

You will receive an email with a link that will take you to an online gallery with all your visual content within 24/48 hours. Sometimes this can take longer time depending on the season.

We will cover the entire property with pictures in and out. Our service is not based on the amount of photos we take but the time we spent On-Site.

You will be able to preview your visual content at all times from your dedicated online gallery.

You will have access to all your projects at all time from a password protected dedicated landing page we will create for you on this website.
