HOW LONG IT TAKES TO PHOTOGRAPH A HOME?
An average property listing of 2 to 3 bedrooms and up to 3000 sqf will take approximately up to 1 hour onsite. It's in your best interest to have the property clean and organized prior our visit to avoid overtime fees.
WHEN DO I GET THE FINAL PHOTOS?
Your project will be ready within 48 to 72 hours. Sometimes this can take longer depending on the season.
CAN I SEE THE PHOTOS BEFORE DOWNLOAD?
You will be able to preview your visual content at all times from a dedicated online gallery we will provide.
HOW MANY TIMES CAN I DOWNLOAD THE PHOTOS?
The photo gallery created with your projects will never expire and you can access it at anytime and as many times needed.
WHERE IS YOUR SERVICE AREA?
We are located in South Miami (Miami Dade) but we can go anywhere you want us to be for the cost of $1 per roundtrip mile. For example in Fort Lauderdale. From our location to a random address in that part of the Broward County, the cost could be around $90, which is 45 roundtrip miles (90 miles total).
