We'll take HDR Photos above (if possible) and below the property perimeter with a Floor Plan, a Zillow 3D Home, an Interactive 3D Floor Plan and exposure from Zillow search results. Up to 1 hour and 30 minutes On-Site. Make your home shine for the show following the Guidelines Here

TIME
Notice each service has a flat rate followed by a timeframe that varies based on the package. The property must be ready for the visuals or we can proceed "As Is" to avoid the overtime fee of $100 per hour. Another common reason for an extended time On-Site is dealing with an Over-Size property.
LOCATION
We are located at South Miami in the Miami-Dade county and currently expanding to serve more areas. In the meantime, we are willing to go anywhere you need us to be for $1 per "roundtrip" mile from the limits of our service area.

HOW LONG IT TAKES TO PHOTOGRAPH A HOME?
An average property listing of 2 to 3 bedrooms and up to 2,500 square feet will take approximately up to 1 hour On-Site. There are 3 reasons why a photoshoot event can take longer time than the specified for the session. One, the property is not ready for the photos leading to an overtime frame that will be used to clean and organize the place for the photoshoot. Second, you are demanding more photos than needed. And third, the property is too big.
WHEN DO I GET THE FINAL PHOTOS?
You will receive an email with a link that will take you to an online gallery with all your visual content within 24/48 hours. Sometimes this can take longer depending on the season.
HOW MANY PICTURES WILL I RECEIVE?
You will receive as many pictures as needed to cover the entire property. Our service is not based on the amount of photos we take but the time we spent On-Site.
CAN I SEE THE PHOTOS BEFORE DOWNLOAD?
You will be able to preview your visual content at all times from your dedicated online gallery.
HOW MANY TIMES CAN I DOWNLOAD MY CONTENT?
You will have access to all your projects at all time from a password protected dedicated landing page we will create for you on this website.
WHAT IF I'M OUT OF YOUR SERVICE AREA?
We are located at South Miami in the Miami-Dade county and currently expanding to serve more areas. In the meantime we can quote a Roundtrip plan for you in case your property is out of our service area.
