HOW LONG IT TAKES TO PHOTOGRAPH A HOME?
With the Traditional Service, an average property listing of 2 to 4 bedrooms and up to 3,500 square feet will take approximately up to 1 hour On-Site. And with the Economy xPress option will take approximately up to 30 minutes.
There are 3 reasons why a photoshoot event can take longer time than the specified for the session. One, the property is not ready for the photos leading to an overtime frame that will be used to clean and organize the place for the photoshoot. Second, you are demanding more photos than needed. And third, the property is too big.
WHEN DO I GET THE FINAL PHOTOS?
You will receive an email with a link that will take you to an online gallery with all your visual content within 24/48 hours. Sometimes this can take longer depending on the season.
HOW MANY PICTURES WILL I RECEIVE?
You will receive as many pictures as needed to cover the entire property. Our service is not based on the amount of photos we take but the time we spent On-Site.
CAN I SEE THE PHOTOS BEFORE DOWNLOAD?
You will be able to preview your visual content at all times from your dedicated online gallery.
HOW MANY TIMES CAN I DOWNLOAD MY CONTENT?
You will have access to all your projects at all times from a password protected dedicated landing page we will create for you on this website.
GROUND + DRONE PHOTOS?
The Ground content are photos and videos we take to the interior and exterior areas of a property such as the front yard, side yard, backyard and everything inside the place. Drone Photos and Videos are visual content created with a remote aircraft commonly called drone. The idea is to fly above the ground to capture the surrounding area and also to get an exclusive perspective angle of the property perimeter.
